I like all differnt type of music from breaks to hip hop to jazz and anythying in between.
I absolutely love the ocean - sailing on it or swimming in it. its so relaxing and peaceful but can be so exciting.
I love Cafe Culture and people watching is always a fun and interesting way to pass an afternoon.
Started jogging again summer 07 - managed a couple of months and really improved - but then had house move and nightmare month or so and it all slipped away. Bought genius item in january 08 sales so will be starting a jogging programme again. bring on the treadmill :-)
